May 21, 2011 Planted peppers, eggplants, carrots,

spinach, turnips, swiss chard, zucchini &

flowers. Beets planted last week have

germinated.

May 22, 2011 With the help of our farmhands Talia and

Will, Dan was able to plant 150 tomato

plants in less than 3 hours.

May 23, 2011 Harvested some lettuce (both red and green),

kale, and collard greens. Washed and

packaged for sale in coolers on stand.
