Quick Kale Salad
Remove kale from the stems. Cut up the kale, red pepper, yellow pepper, tomato, avacado, & cucumber in small pieces, and top with an olive oil and red vinegar dressing. That's it!

Hale to the Kale
1 bunch of Misty Acres Farm kale
1 ripe avocado
juice of 1 and 1/2 lemon
dash of cayenne pepper
kosher salt to taste
Wash and remove the stems from the kale and tear into bite size pieces. Place in a large bowl. Cut the avocado into chunks and place on top of the kale along with the lemon juice, cayenne pepper and sea salt.
Using very clean hands, literally mash the mixture together with your hands. Squeeze the avocado between your fingers and mash everything until all of the kale is coated in this delicious creamy sauce. You may need to add more lemon juice or salt depending on your taste buds. You won't want to eat kale any other way! Enjoy!
